If you were sent incorrect item(s) in error - oops. Please contact us and your order will be re-posted to you at no cost together with return instructions.
Received broken or DOA product(s)?
Please contact us and your order will be re-posted at no cost together with return instructions.
Faulty product - under warranty?
Depending on the product, there may be no need to send it back. Please contact us for more information.
Changed your mind?
If you change your mind after placing an order, please let us know as soon as you do. If you contact us before your order is posted, the contents can be adjusted at no cost.

Packaging advice:
Please pack whatever you're returning thoughtfully. Make sure any ink bottles are capped tight, so they don't leak. Even a small leak can make a big mess.
