Delivery policy

This delivery statement describes shipping options, prices and conditions for products ordered from Inkbank website or store.


Shipping options

  • Australia Post regular parcel
  • Australia Post express parcel  
  • Couriers (Couriers Please, Startrack, Sendle)
Small orders (eg ink cartridges, refill kits, ink bottles etc) ship with AU Post using a regular post 5kg satchel. Cost $9.50 per order or FREE on $100+ value orders.
 
Urgent small orders ship with AU Post using express post 5kg satchel. Cost $15 per order.
 
Larger orders (eg printers) ship with various courier companies depending on delivery location. Costs vary according to delivery location and weight/size of the consignment..
 

Processing / dispatch times
 

  • Most stock products (eg cartridges, refill kits, printers) 1-2 business days
  • Out of stock items 2-4 business days
  • Modified or custom products (eg Inkbank continuous ink printers) 7 business days

Delivery terms and conditions

Courier deliveries - please ensure someone is available to accept the goods between 8.30am and 5pm on the day of delivery.

Lost or damaged orders - any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be replaced by Inkbank providing we are notified straight away.

Although every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, Inkbank does not accept liability for losses occuring after the item is delivered.
