Most domestic orders ship with Australia Post, using either
regular or express post satchels. Larger orders (eg. toner cartridges,
printers) or whatever doesn't fit in a satchel will be sent with Fastway
couriers. You can also use your own courier or pick up the goods
yourself.

Domestic orders over $100 ship free by Express post
Domestic orders under $100 ship for $7.00 by Regular post
International orders (most) ship for
AU$20 by International post
Extra charges may
apply for orders in excess of 3kg

Most domestic orders ship within 24
hours, but it can take longer. Out of
stock items take a day or two to get in and at times it just gets too busy
to process all orders received on the day. Placing your order few days in
advance will ensure you receive your goods on time. |

6) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All
international orders are sent with Australia Post (air freight). Base charge
AU$20 is automatically added at
the checkout. If the actual postage is more
than $20, the difference will be added to your
total on processing.
You can use the freight calculator to
work out if you will get charged extra. Registered post will cost extra
$10.
International delivery times vary from country to country but usually it
takes 1 - 3 weeks to most places (some
countries do take longer).

Notes:
- Almost all domestic orders (99%) ship with
Australia Post for $7.00 or
free.

- Highlighted (yellow) fields indicate the default
postage method. If you don't specify otherwise, that's how
your order will
be sent (and how much it will cost).
- If default postage for your area is "Regular" and
you wish to upgrade to "Express", write EXPRESS
in the "Additional
info / comments" field on the order form. You may be charged the price
difference.
- Unless you live in a PO Box,
please enter your street address as well, even for delivery to a PO
Box.
There are fields on the order form for both addresses.
- Couriers don't deliver to PO
boxes.
- Above delivery times are estimates only and can
vary.
- Delivery times begin when posted - not from when
you place the order.
